The most important part of the center is the Operations Room (OPS-room).

The 1800 qm OPS-room with its 7m  ceiling is fully airconditioned. It contains different types of consoles  designed for specific operational functions.

In the upper part of the chart you find the so called "East"-sectors and their respective flight data consoles in the center of the sector suite.

In the lower part of the chart you find the so called "West"-sectors and their respective flight data consoles in the center of the sector suite.

In addition a sector suite for special operational functions is part of the "West"-sector suite.

The supervisor consoles as well as the consoles for the performance of the fligth management tasks are located in between the East- and the West sector suite.
